Winter brings more visitors to Whistler than any other season and for good reason. With 38 lifts servicing over 8,000 skiable acres, Whistler Blackcomb is definitely in a league of its own. In fact, each year Whistler Blackcomb is named the "Best Ski Resort in North America" by more ski publications than any other resort on the continent.
Whistler Ski-in Ski-out Accommodations
If you're planning a Whistler ski vacation nothing beats having accommodation right on the slopes. Whistler also has some fantastic Nordic Skiing opportunities with trails generally open from mid-December to late March from 8am – 10pm daily. The Lost Lake Cross Country trail network offers over 30 km's of trails groomed daily for both Classic and Skate Skiing and there is a 4km loop around the lake lit for night skiing. For Nordic Skiing we recommend the following suites which are located almost directly on the trails.
